Paleo Britain Cooking Classes!
Are you interested in learning how to cook paleo & primal meals? Join us in Sussex for a day of paleo cooking. We’ll teach you quick, easy & delicious paleo recipes to help you incorporate paleo eating into your lifestyle. You’ll learn how to make bone broth, paleo bread, bulletproof coffee, pate and be given a brief introduction to fermentation. You will also receive a recipe pack to take home.
The classes are located at The Round Table Cookery School in Sussex and taught by Chloe Coker, a professional chef, cookery teacher and food writer.
Either Chloe or Lucy from Paleo Britain will also be on hand for the entire day to answer all your paleo-related questions.
You will be greeted on arrival with paleo-friendly drinks and snacks. The course will cover paleo & primal meal ideas and you will learn at least 2 breakfast, 2 lunch and 2 dinner recipes as well as a foolproof paleo bread recipe and an impressive gluten & dairy free cake. There will be education on best suppliers for different produce. All courses will include a recipe pack for you to take away.
The cookery school is 5 minutes from Old Plawhatch Farm, a wonderful, biodynamic farm which is a great place to buy organic, grass-fed raw dairy and grass-fed meat as well as local raw honey, fermented foods and many other paleo-friendly goodies. A trip to the farm shop can be arranged as part of the day if you would like to visit.

COST: £100 per person for the 6 hour course. Maximum 12 people per course.

The Round Table Cookery School is a lovely teaching kitchen based on a farm in rural mid-Sussex, with lots of space and lovely views. Originally a pigsty, it has been lovingly restored and converted into a great little teaching space with lots of light and character, perfect for hands on classes and cookery parties. The Round Table is easily reached from Haywards Heath, Forest Row, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells and has major mainline stations within a short taxi ride.
The Round Table Cookery School is based at Unit 14, Hillsdown Farm, Twyford Lane, Birch Grove, East Sussex, RH177DH. The kitchens are within 20 minutes drive of Haywards Heath, Forest Row and East Grinstead and within easy reach of Brighton, Tunbridge Wells and Crawley. Haywards Heath and East Grinstead are served by direct trains from London for anyone who fancies a day trip to the beautiful High Weald.
