Squash with Garlic and Sage

Squash and sage were made for eachother. Super simple – super delicious!
- Method :
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Peel and de-seed the squash. Cut into slices (approx. ½-inch thick).
- Place on a baking sheet with the garlic cloves and sage leaves, drizzle over the oil, and season.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender. Serve immediately.
