Squash and sage were made for eachother. Super simple – super delicious!

  • Method :
    1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
    2. Peel and de-seed the squash. Cut into slices (approx. ½-inch thick).
    3. Place on a baking sheet with the garlic cloves and sage leaves, drizzle over the oil, and season.
    4. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender. Serve immediately.
      Serving suggestions: Try boiling fresh beetroot for 30 minutes and adding it to the roasting tray. The earthy beetroot compliments the sweet squash beautifully.
