What is included in the 8 week course?


This 8 week online course will guide you in implementing healthy and sustainable ways of eating, sleeping and exercising, will teach you a framework for success that is easily incorporated into your daily routine, and will help you to develop a positive mind set using proven techniques such as meditation and mindfulness.


Week 1

This week you will be welcomed on the course and get an introduction to the Live Smarter success framework – 7 steps to success that are easily incorporated into your daily routine. You will work through a health questionnaire to assess where you see yourself now and then again at the end of the 8 week course to see how much you have achieved and developed.



Week 2

Discover the power of real food, how best to fuel your body so that you feel good inside and out. Nutritional information, meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists and more. You will continue to use the lessons learnt and meal plans etc during the rest of the 8 week course and hopefully onwards.


Week 3

Begin to move through life with a positive mind set, protect yourself from negative influences, let go of worry, live more mindfully and learn new things.


Week 4

Learn how to get deep, restorative sleep to ensure you are performing your best day in and day out.


Week 5

Develop a love for movement, learning how to exercise smarter, not harder. Learn why exercise really is crucial to your health and well-being. Movement ideas and workouts created by a fully qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor.


 Week 6

Revolutionary new science reveals that the state of our gut is central to our weight and health, begin to delve into all this fascinating information whilst learning ways to take care of your gut plus an introduction to fermentation and supplementation.


 Week 7

Environmental toxins are another factor that can contribute to poor health and chronic disease, learn how to minimise your exposure as well as exploring the effect of community and kindness on health and longevity.


 Week 8

Summary of what you have learnt over the course so far, areas of achievement, improvement and how we can continue to live smarter for life.

Meet the Team!

Chloe holds a Masters degree from the University of Oxford where she studied Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry and is now a qualified secondary school Science teacher. After her second child was born Chloe began to experiment with the paleo lifestyle. It had an amazing effect on her health and inspired her, along with her sister Lucy, to create the popular health blog Paleo Britain ( Chloe lives in Tunbridge Wells with her husband and 3 children and is passionate about helping others find optimum health & wellness.

Lucy is the younger sister in the Live Smarter pair. As well as working on and developing the Live Smarter course, Lucy is a qualified Pop Pilates & Group fitness instructor and runs Pilates and HIIT exercise classes in Tunbridge Wells, Kent as well as ‘mini’ exercise classes for kids. She also works part time as a child development instructor and gymnastics/fitness coach. Her hobbies include nutrition, yoga, keeping fit, spending time with family and reading.






Carl is Live Smarter’s personal trainer. He is passionate about the power of real food to bring about optimum health and performance. His specialist interest is functional training and the huge benefits this type of movement can have on your health.
