I recently had the pleasure of trying a new paleo snack bar available in the UK – Fossil Fuel bars. Fossil Fuel are all-natural raw energy bars, 100% suitable for a Paleo/Primal diet. They will be adored by anyone with an active lifestyle & with a modern, educated attitude to health. There is no cooking or baking involved in their manufacture. Just 4-5 simple raw food ingredients, blended and cold-pressed. That’s it. My favourite of the two bars was the Coconut and Cashew bar and I loved the fact it only contains 4 ingredients. My kids loved the bars as well and they will be making an appearance in their lunch boxes from now on. The bars are really filling and satisfying. Fossil Fuel will be especially popular with those eating a Paleo/Primal diet as well as CrossFitters, climbers, runners, triathletes and cyclists, to name but a few. Mums will like them as a healthy alternative sweet treat for children that’s also nicely filling. You can also enjoy them as a hunger-busting snack to get you through a day at the office.
